We are hiring a Member Care Representative who can deliver fast, accurate, and thoughtful support while helping improve the overall member experience. This is not a call center role. It is a member success and operations role focused on care, onboarding, and retention. What You Will Do • Respond to member inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner • Resolve order issues, delivery questions, and account needs with accuracy and urgency • Support new members through their first 90 days to ensure a smooth onboarding experience • Help members customize orders and get the most value from their subscription • Identify and support at risk members to improve retention • Manage order adjustments before weekly fulfillment deadlines • Track and document all member interactions clearly in our system • Spot recurring issues and help improve internal processes What Success Looks Like In this role, success means: • Members consistently receive fast and accurate support • New members feel confident and supported within their first 90 days • Fewer order errors and fewer delivery issues • Improved member retention and reduced churn • Strong communication and clean documentation • You become fully confident in our systems and workflows within 90 days What We Are Looking For • 2 plus years in customer service, hospitality, logistics, operations, or admin support • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy • Clear, calm communicator who handles pressure well • Reliable and consistent, especially with Tuesday through Saturday schedule • Comfortable working in systems and following structured processes • Strong sense of ownership and follow through • Interest in local food, community, or mission driven work Why Join Us • Work for a fast growing local food company with real community impact • Employee discount on farm fresh food • Opportunity for growth as the company scales • Be part of a mission that supports local farmers and families Pay: $45,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) matching Paid time off PTO after 6 months Job Type: Full-time Tuesday–Saturday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Work Location: In person
