Your Role at Sana Lake Sana Lake is expanding rapidly and is seeking a Member Care Specialist Shift Lead who is passionate about helping individuals and families recover! The Member Care Specialist Shift Leads are responsible for overseeing the Member Care Specialist on shift at any given time. This includes assigning duties for MCS, auditing charts and paperwork for new intakes and discharges, and training new MCSs on the functions and responsibilities of their job title. MCS Shift Leads will follow and enforce all policies and procedures put in place by Sana Lake Recovery and ensure that staff are doing the same. This position will require communication with other departments to arrange transportation for members and update the clinical team on important information regarding members' health and mental status.
