POSITION SUMMARY

As a Member Communications Manager for CVS Health, you will oversee a team responsible for DMR Production. You will work closely with several teams, internally and externally, to ensure documents are accurate and mail on time per CMS requirements. You will be responsible for developing your team and constantly looking for process improvements. There will be multiple lines of business and processes that fall under the Enrollment Manager responsibility. You will need to be proactive in evaluating risks and preventing issues.

To be a candidate for this you will possess the following:

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and influence all levels in the organization
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking
• Ability to triage multiple requests

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of leading direct reports
• Project Manager Experience
• Production Experience
• Quality Control Experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of leading direct reports
• Short term and long term plans to improve process and find cost savings

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
