Typical working hours: 7:45 AM - 4:00* PM Monday-Thursday, 7:45 AM - 5:00* PM Fridays Duties/Expectations: Will learn many aspects of the Credit Union including assisting members with questions, making transactions for members, and providing general account information. Provide accurate, courteous, friendly, and timely, and professional telephone services. Answer calls and direct them to other departments if needed with minimal transfers. Perform members’ transactions without errors and assist with Home Banking and any troubleshooting needs that may arise. Answer questions about products and services and resolve problems that are within your authority level. Perform as the first line of security to our members and the Credit Union while assisting with members’ financial needs. Problem-solve with members and other departments within the Credit Union to find solutions for our members. Cross selling, including providing members with information about products and services the Credit Union offers. Record keeping and report processing. Must be comfortable working on a PC and phone headset and in a cubicle setting. Must be able to handle answering a large volume of phone calls per day. Requires sitting at a desk for periods of time. Organization and accuracy are essential in this position. Perform other duties as assigned. Any current delinquencies or bankruptcies still showing on the credit report may result in failure of the check. The review may include, but is not limited to, past due items, late payments, unpaid charge-offs, collections (non-medical), judgments, bankruptcies, repossessions, and foreclosures.
