CIPFA is expanding our Customer Services department and is looking for a Member & Customer Support Officer. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual with a high level of customer services experience to provide a high level of customer service in response to customer orders and enquiries about CIPFA products and services.
The postholder is responsible for: Proactively developing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, across the CIPFA Group, to help ensure that business opportunities are followed through, services are improved, and duplication of effort is avoided. To ensure compliance with CRM guidelines as appropriate. Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of Quality Assurance within the CIPFA Group and participate in follow up actions.
