Description:
SUMMARY
Reporting to the Executive Officer, the Member Engagement Coordinator enhances the membership experience at the Niagara Association of REALTORS® (NAR). Acting as a key liaison between NAR Members and the NAR Team, this role focuses on effective communication, events planning, advocacy efforts, and fundraising. The Member Engagement Coordinator ensures the Association’s mission, messaging, and branding are consistent across all professional communications while fostering engagement among Members and stakeholders.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in events planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of Niagara’s real estate landscape, advocacy, and fundraising efforts.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to travel and attend events as needed.
This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives on fostering connections, organizing impactful events, and delivering consistent, high-quality communications to support the Association’s mission and NAR’s members.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
