MEMBER EXPERIENCE TEAM MEMBER (FULL-TIME SEASONAL: SEPTEMBER – APRIL)

We’re looking for a Member Experience Team Member to join our front-line crew for the upcoming ski season.

What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome members with warmth and professionalism at the ticket booth, administration office, and other service touchpoints.
  • Deliver exceptional service—answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring every member feels valued and cared for.
  • Handle inquiries, member requests, and daily operations that keep the Club running seamlessly.
  • Pitch in on events and seasonal activities, helping to create the experiences that make winter at the Club so special.
  • Jump in wherever needed—this is a hands-on role where every day looks a little different.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A natural people person with outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • Someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities with a smile.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and confident with basic computer systems.
  • Weekend availability from December to April, when the Club is at its peak.
  • Previous hospitality, retail, or front-line service experience is a strong asset.
