• Greet customers with a warm smile (even over the phone!)
• Handle inquiries with patience, efficiency, and flair
• Solve challenges and create positive experiences
• Keep things organized and running smoothly in a fast-paced environment
• Be a friendly face (or voice) that makes our customers feel valued
• Give tours to prospective new members.
• Help new members sign up, change and/or renew their membership.
• Call prospective new members who have registered online.
• Check up on your new members and be sure they have access to all they are interested in.
• Ability to work 2 nights per week from 4 or 5pm to 9 pm.
• Ability to sub in when needed occasionally.
