We are seeking dedicated Overnight Front Desk Attendant’s to ensure the smooth operation of our facility during late night hours. This individual will be responsible for managing the front desk, checking in members, and maintaining security and a welcoming atmosphere. Hours: 11:00 pm - 3:00 am Compensation: $17.00/ Hour Location: This is a floating role, requiring flexibility to work at various Club Fitness locations based on business needs. Club assignments will be reviewed during the interview process. A Day in the Life of a Front Desk Member Experience Associate: Greet and welcome all members upon arrival. Prevent unauthorized individuals from accessing the facility. Provide assistance and information to members as needed. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times. Verify member check-ins and ensure only those with valid memberships are permitted to work out. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: 17 years of age or older, required Previous customer service or hospitality experience, preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently and handle overnight shifts.
