Company Description

  • Accountable for driving increased KDN adoption in all member firms under management.
  • Proactively advertise KDN Advisory capabilities and services to the regional network of member firms.
  • Collaborate with member firms to expand the adoption of KDN services, including new service offerings.
  • Build strong relationships with partners at various levels of the organization, understanding their needs and translating those needs into partnership enablement plans.
  • Manage all key executive stakeholder relationships for the region.
  • Work with internal stakeholders cross-functionally to flawlessly execute partnership business objectives.
  • Create enablement plans for member firm leaders that are aligned with the strategic business plan, pipeline and bookings, and KDN adoption across all GPS and Platforms.
  • Drive reporting to internal and external stakeholders on key enablement metrics, while developing and applying insights to continually improve the business.
  • Responsible for region-level GPS activation and deployment activities.
  • Conduct regular reviews with executive stakeholders.
  • Lead operational excellence activities such as reporting, three-year planning, and resolving relevant operational issues in the region.
  • Gather valuable intelligence from various stakeholders, customers, and local markets related to KDN-sponsored solutions.
  • Facilitate GPS demos with the Solutioning team.
  • Act as a GPS Enablement Program Lead in the region.

Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate and influence senior-level stakeholders within the firm in order to support the mission of KDN
  • Familiarity with KPMG products and solutions, including Powered, Connected, Trusted, Cloud, and Cyber (Student of the Firm)
  • Strong experience in Pre-Sales cycle and Delivery of end-to-end projects.
  • Experience and previous involvement in software product development lifecycle and project-level implementation lifecycle
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills, along with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Must have experience in developing and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships in order to influence agenda
  • Great organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get all things done
  • Exemplary written and oral communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Project Controls and Reporting
  • Must have experience in developing positive Client relationships and Project Proposals
  • Extensive experience leading cloud-based software implementations/managed services engagements
  • Seasoned experience as a Project Engineer or Manager
  • Previous experience working with large scale, mixed‐use projects desirable
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related experience
