Position Summary: Member of Technical Staff is responsible for delivering and supporting athenahealth’s employee collaboration solutions by partnering with business process owners and technology team members. This individual will be part of a multidisciplinary team charged with implementing enterprise business applications for athenahealth. We are looking for a Member of Technical Staff to join our athenaIT team within our Bangalore R&D division. Your role will be to build products and services for athenaIT, helping us reach our goal of becoming the healthcare backbone by enhancing our cloud-based EHR solution and leveraging the network effect of 85,400+ providers. Job Responsibilities Partner with various teams across the company to support athenahealth’s business applications by advising on best practices, recommending process improvements, and implementing system enhancements that advance business goals Develop and maintain technical documentation Typical Qualifications: The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to transform business requirements into system improvements that support a growing organization.
