Position Summary: This position is responsible for aiding the Member Placement team in the follow- up procedures to successfully convert prospective leads into registered members and background- checked volunteers. She/he is responsible for processing girl and adult volunteer data needed to implement Girl Scouting and ensure quality of information.
Reports to: Member Placement Manager
FLSA Status: Temporary, Full time, Non-exempt

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diploma with six months database experience; or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email and Internet applications.
  • Ability to learn new software as required.
  • Salesforce experience or other CRM platforms.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Commitment to the aims and purposes of the Girl Scout movement, including the belief in the importance of volunteer organization in our society.
  • Attendance at All Staff Leader Experience meetings and retreats.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for up to three hours at a time.
  • Must have a valid AZ driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation for daily travel.
  • Must have physical ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds without difficulty.
  • Some weekend and nights required.

Compensation details: 18-20 Hourly Wage

Responsibilities
  • Use Girl Scouts – Arizona Cactus-Pine customer relationship management systems to support data clean up, process membership requirements, and follow up on leads throughout the recruitment, placement, and background check processes.
  • Use multiple software systems to navigate between systems to ensure accuracy of
  • Manual entries using our CRM system to process memberships and update member accounts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via email, text and phone call.
  • Attend various Council and Recruitment events to support the mission of GSACPC.
  • Ability to create, run and maintain reports through Salesforce/ Looker to maintain the quality of data for Council wide use.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, families, and volunteers with exceptional care.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
