EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or membership recruitment and retention.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client or member relationships.
• Experience in a role requiring direct engagement with businesses and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data management for reporting and outreach.
• Experience with social media management for business promotion and engagement.
• Good understanding of the Cairngorms businesses, communities and geography
