We are currently seeking a full-time Member Relationship Specialist to join our dynamic Branch Operations team. Pay Range Our ideal candidate will make $22.28 to $23.51 for this role. Education High school degree or equivalent Experience A minimum two (2) years of sales and service experience in a retail or financial institution environment, required. Experience utilizing digital banking tools required. All offers for employment with InTouch Credit Union are contingent upon the candidate completing a credit check, pre-employment drug screen and the submission of fingerprints in accordance with state and federal law. Requirements Required Availability: Monday–Friday, 8:15am–5:15pm with Rotating Saturdays, 8:45am–12:45pm. Number of Saturdays worked may increase based on business needs. Ability to make personal connections, engage with and educate members, ask open-ended questions and use active listening skills to establish trust and build lasting member relationships. Knowledge of all financial regulations including Federal Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Reg CC- Funds Availability, USA PATRIOT Act, etc. Knowledge of digital banking solutions and technology-enabled services. Demonstrative experience to meet and exceed sales goals. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both in-person and across digital platforms. Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) required.
Responsibilities
