  • Help onboard new members and ensure a seamless, welcoming start to their Kiln journey
  • Respond to member needs with professionalism and care—resolving issues or escalating when necessary
  • Be an active connector within the space: make member introductions, support local communications, and help create meaningful “collisions”

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a natural connector with a knack for sales and a passion for people? As a Member Success/Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in driving membership growth, supporting sales efforts, and delivering an extraordinary experience to every person who walks through our doors.
You’ll be the first impression for prospective members and a trusted guide throughout their journey—helping them see the value of Kiln and ensuring their needs are met from day one. You’ll work closely with your Community Manager to grow occupancy, nurture relationships, and foster a thriving environment where our members and their businesses can flourish.
