THE MEMBER SERVICES ASSOCIATE:

  • Welcomes Members, Guests, and Partners: Provide a warm and professional greeting to all members, guests, and partners who visit the Club, ensuring they receive high-quality service and have a positive first impression.
  • Club Knowledge & Service Promotion: Maintain a deep knowledge of the Hollandse Club’s services, programs, and events to effectively explain and sell the Club’s offerings to members and guests.
  • Event & Program Awareness: Stay informed about ongoing and upcoming programs and events at the Club, ensuring you can respond to members’ and guests’ needs and encourage participation in relevant activities.
  • Phone and Message Handling: Manage incoming calls, redirecting them to the appropriate departments or staff, and take accurate messages when necessary to ensure clear communication.
  • Enforcement of Club Rules: Implement the Club’s rules and regulations, addressing and informing any violators of the proper behavior expected while in the Club.
  • Hotel Check-ins and Check-outs: Assist with hotel check-ins and check-outs, ensuring that guests have a smooth and pleasant experience during their stay.
  • Guest Assistance: Assist and direct members and guests to the appropriate staff member or department, ensuring they are provided with the necessary information or assistance.
  • Inquiry Responses: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from members and guests, addressing concerns and providing information about the Club’s services, amenities, or events.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including redistributing necessary correspondences, maintaining accurate records, and supporting other departments as needed.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Stay open to new ideas and be willing to adapt and change routines to improve operational efficiency or enhance the member and guest experience.
  • Customer Service Improvement: Recommend improvements or new strategies to enhance the overall customer service experience for members and guests, ensuring their needs are always met.
  • Payment & Billing Support: Process payments, invoices, and receipts as required, and assist with billing inquiries by directing them to the appropriate department.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
