Description Join our team as a Member Service Center Analyst! Maine Savings Federal Credit Union is seeking a candidate for a full-time position in our Member Service Center. This position provides first call resolution to meet credit union member needs involving transactions, account inquiries, credit and debit card assistance and all aspects of digital banking. What You'll Do: The successful candidate will meet member needs by completing requested transactions and/or providing information requested. The candidate we select will develop a thorough knowledge of products, services and systems, and is able to support all member needs utilizing multiple delivery channels. We are seeking someone with excellent member service skills and experience in a call center is desired. Service excellence is the highest priority of the position. Rotating Saturday hours from 8:00am to 4:00pm are required. This position may be considered for remote work provided the candidate meets all remote work agreement requirements.
