Genesis Maidstone is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Full-Time- Part-Time Member Service Officer

ABOUT US:

Genesis Maidstone is a health club in the East of Melbourne committed to improving the health and wellness of its community established over 15 years ago. The core of our highly experienced team has been together for a prolonged period of time and has welcomed and nurtured many people over the years who have gone on to be industry leaders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• First Aid & CPR
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available to work weekends and evenings

• Ensure that the gym is clean and organized, and equipment is properly maintained
• Welcome and engage with members, answer phone calls, and handle customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Sell memberships and fitness programs to prospective members
• Manage customer accounts and handle payment transactions
• Participate in sales and marketing initiatives to promote the gym and its programs
