Description Quincy Credit Union is looking for a friendly, organized Member Service Receptionist to be the first point of contact for members at our branch. You’ll greet and assist members, direct them to appropriate departments, handle safe deposit access, process mail, and support daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and sign in members Direct members based on their needs Assist with teller transactions and member requests Manage safe deposit box access and billing Process and distribute incoming mail Monitor and order branch supplies Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Customer service or admin experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills QCU is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
