Position Overview As a Member Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members—providing friendly, accurate service and connecting them with the products and services that best meet their needs. Key Responsibilities Process a variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently Greet and assist members with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account inquiries Educate members about credit union products and services to help meet their financial goals Maintain cash drawer accuracy and daily balancing standards Open, update, and close accounts following proper identification and compliance procedures Support branch sales and referral goals for deposits, loans, and services Handle card services, ACH transactions, and member fraud claims as needed Provide professional, courteous service while maintaining confidentiality What We Offer Meaningful work that makes a difference in members’ lives Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package Qualifications Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service or cash-handling experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities Comfortable using computers and working in a Windows-based environment Must be bondable Occasional travel to nearby branches may be required Physical Requirements and Work Environment While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, and communicate effectively.
