Your role will also involve: * Interviewing and counseling loan applicants and enrolling new members * Reviewing and suggesting improvements for current and prospective loans by effectively reviewing loan applications and credit reports * Assist with loan, cash, and teller services * Offer credit score coaching to save our members money * Fundamental financial counseling to boost our members money management knowledge ---------------------------------------- What We’re Looking For * Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus. * Experience: At least one year of customer-facing experience in credit unions or financial institutions. * Skills: You should be bondable and proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software, with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
