Fraud Member Service Representative Location: Pensacola, FL Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Training 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Post‑training shifts between 10:00 AM–11:00 PM Looking to start a career in fraud prevention or financial services? This is an entry‑level call center role that puts you on the front lines, helping members protect their accounts and resolve fraud issues. It’s fast‑paced, meaningful work with training and growth potential. As a Fraud Member Service Representative (MSR), you’ll take inbound calls from members who have experienced fraud on their accounts. You’ll listen, problem‑solve, and take action to help resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism.
