The Northwood Club is a high-end boutique-style gym in the centre of Collingwood.

Motivated? Organized? Show Initiative? Friendly? –> if any of these applies to you, you could be an ideal candidate to join our team of Customer Service Representatives that provide consistent, exceptional service to our Club Members.

• Familiarity of physical fitness, wellness or gym equipment is an asset.
• understanding concepts of basic computer software, Google, Microsoft
• ability to lift gym weights and dumbells, to tidy
• Basic CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in Members, sell and process non-Member passes
• Address and resolve Member questions/issues
• Regular and consistent Club maintenance, ongoing tidy and some cleaning
• Provide support to Owners and Trainers, as req’d

Start Date: immediately
Job Type: Part-time, Permanent

• Weekend Shift
• ability to fill extra shifts as needed

Pay: $17.20 per hour
