Description O Bee Credit Union is hiring a Member Service Representative I/II to join our amazing team. This is a full-time role that plays a vital part in supporting our mission, our members, and our one-of-a-kind company culture. What You’ll Do: As our Member Service Representative, you will provide basic financial services to members including teller-functions, loan services, and business development. Your primary responsibility will be working towards and assisting in the positive image and growth of the credit union by providing world class member service as defined by net promoter scores. The Details: Location: Yelm Branch Pay Range: The range for an MSR I is $19.35 to $29.03 per hour with a target range of $19.35-$24.19 per hour, depending on relevant experience and qualifications. The range for an MSR II is $22.12 to $33.18 per hour with a target range of $22.12-$27.65 per hour, depending on relevant experience and qualifications. MSR I and II also have the ability to earn an average of $500 per month in commission. Answer and ask financially driven questions to support the growth of our member’s financial wellbeing. Knowledgeable in O Bee products and services. Identify the needs of members from general interactions. Process pay and receive transactions to include checking and savings, transfers of shares to loan payments, share withdrawals, check requests, CD transactions, line of credit advances, and wires. Support members’ requests regarding account balances, transaction history, credits and debits and escalations. Resolve concerns and/or put them in direct contact with the appropriate staff member for specific information and assistance. Follow BSA and all Credit Union operational procedures. Completes required Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) and notifies Senior Management of any suspicious activities; providing information needed to complete Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs). This position is open for either a Member Service Representative I or a Member Service Representative II. Level selection will be based on experience.
