The MSR is truly the liaison between the members and TCT in the delivery of our transactional services and their financial needs. What You’ll Do Greet and assist members with enthusiasm and professionalism Process deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries accurately and efficiently Educate members about products and services that support their financial goals Handle transactions and technology with attention to detail and accuracy Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch operations Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of service Requirements What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of one to three years of cash handling experience preferred, ideally in a credit union, bank, other financial institution, OR an acceptable combination of education and experience necessary to gain the background knowledge to transact business effectively with members. Prior customer service experience a plus Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills—someone who enjoys working with people Strong computer and technical skills; comfortable learning new systems and tools Reliability and accountability—you’re someone others can count on A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within a team environment Strong attention to detail with a focus on doing it right the first time Outstanding problem solving, multi-tasking, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team while functioning at a fast pace Resilience – Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to step in and support the team during high-demand periods Flexibility (Saturday hours will be required and may need to occasionally cover in other branches Transportation- this position may require providing coverage in our other branches We provide full training for the right candidate, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are just as important as experience!
