Description Galloway Ridge is an upscale continuing care retirement community offering top-quality care in a warm, welcoming environment, and we are looking for a Member Services Associate to join our team! The Member Services Associate, assists and supports the daily operations of the Member Services front desk, plays an important role in providing excellent service to members, residents and guests, and supports the work of the Member Services Manager. This position will be 10 hours per week, with the potential to work weekends, morning, and evenings. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Creating a welcoming environment by greeting members and addressing member inquiries both in person and via telephone. Scheduling appointments and enrolling participants in programs. Touring prospective members; processing new and creating contracts Processing point of sale transactions Assisting with marketing efforts and member retention Attend department related meetings. All other duties assigned include, but not limited to, enhancing the Resident and Member Experience. Requirements High School diploma Two years customer service experience CPR/AED certified within three months of hire. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; computer skills; cash handling skills; ability to perform multiple tasks at same time. Responsibilities

The Member Services Associate supports daily front desk operations by greeting members, handling inquiries, and scheduling appointments. They are also responsible for touring prospective members, processing contracts, and assisting with marketing and retention efforts.
