Part-Time Member Services Associate
Position Summary
The Member Services Associate is responsible for managing and supporting membership operations, communications, and administrative tasks for the Club. This role involves regular interaction with members, staff, and the public, as well as maintaining accurate records, assisting with events, and supporting club operations.
The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service abilities.
Hours: Part-time (flexible schedule, includes some evenings/weekends during busy
seasons)
Reports to: General Manager
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in database management, MS Office, Google Workspace and basic website updates
At least 5 years customer service experience in a membership or community environment preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
