You will work directly under the supervision of the Facilities Director to execute daily facility maintenance tasks and ensure that member comfort is never compromised. Essential Responsibilities Facility Presentation & Maintenance Modality Turnover: Execute rapid, high-quality turnover of recovery modalities and treatment rooms between sessions, ensuring strict adherence to cleanliness SOPs. Common Area Upkeep: Conduct continuous walkthroughs of the lobby, hallways, and locker areas to ensure they remain clutter-free and spotless throughout the day. Equipment Care: Assist in the basic cleaning and maintenance of wellness equipment (e.g., wiping down sauna surfaces, checking mineral soak water clarity, reracking gym equipment) as directed by the Facilities Director. Supply Chain & Inventory Support Stocking & Replenishment: Ensure all towel stations, coffee bar, and bathroom amenities are fully stocked at all times to prevent any service interruptions. Laundry Operations: Manage the flow of linens and towels, ensuring a constant supply of clean, folded inventory is available for member use. Inventory Alerts: Act as the "eyes" for the Facilities Director by proactively reporting low stock levels of cleaning supplies or recovery consumables. Member Experience Hospitality First: Greet members warmly and assist with immediate facility-related requests (e.g., adjusting room temperature, providing fresh towels, scheduling). Concierge Support: Collaborate with the Member Experience Concierge to ensure a seamless hand-off for members moving between the front desk and recovery modalities or provider services. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or a high-end fitness/spa setting is preferred. Detail Oriented: Must possess the ability to spot imperfections (a crooked chair, a smudge on the glass) and correct them immediately. Coachability: Ability to follow strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and accept feedback from the Facilities Director regarding task quality. Team Player: Willingness to step in and support the team during high-volume periods or special events. Physical Requirements Stamina: Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 90% of the shift). Strength: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (required for moving towel bins, receiving shipments, or adjusting equipment). Mobility: Ability to bend, stoop, and reach frequently to clean low and high surfaces. Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate: $15/hour Typical Shifts: Weekday Opening: 5:45 AM – 1:00 PM Weekday Closing: 1:00 PM – 6:30 PM Weekend Opening: 6:45 AM – 11:45 AM Weekend Closing: 11:30 AM – 6:30 PM In-Kind Wellness Benefits: Includes access to Recovery Modalities (Sauna, Cold Plunge, Red Light, PEMF) during non-peak hours. Value: ~$599/month. Schedule & Part-Time Classification This position is classified as Part-Time, Non-Exempt. To maintain this classification, Associates will be scheduled for a maximum of 29 hours per week. Weekly Hour Cap: Schedules are strictly managed to ensure total working hours do not exceed 29 hours in a single workweek. Shift Flexibility: While total hours are capped, candidates must have the flexibility to work various shifts to meet facility needs, including early morning openings (5:45 AM) and evening closings (until 8:15 PM).
