Iowa’s most established healthcare alliance is seeking an experienced Member Services Coordinator to support supply chain management initiatives for our members and affiliates. This position will foster strong relationships with members, distributors, suppliers, and internal teams to help clients fully leverage the value of the Premier contract portfolio. Remote position opportunity.
This position coordinates, maintains, and assists in implementing national and regional group purchasing organization (GPO) programs. It also assists GPO members and affiliates in the administration of the supply and equipment contract portfolios. It manages relations with members, GPO, manufacturers and distributors and conducts outreach and education through email campaigns and data analysis to drive engagement and program success.
Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma and minimum of 2-3 years in hospital supply chain experience or related field; Associates or bachelors’ degree is preferred. Strong understanding of hospital GPOs, vendor/manufacturer relations, and materials management processes. Familiarity with non-acute healthcare setting is a plus. Excellent relationship-building, communication and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with members, suppliers and internal teams. Candidates must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SmartSheet. Experience with Dynamics CRM or similar platforms is highly desirable.
