POSITION SUMMARY:

This is a mid-level leadership position for someone who thrives on systems, service, and supporting a growing team. You’ll independently manage front desk operations, maintain facility organization, support client relationships, and serve as a go-to problem solver.
This is not a passive front desk job — it’s for someone with hustle, initiative, and the ability to manage details while delivering great experiences.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1+ year of experience in reception, administration, or customer service
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and digital tools
  • Strong communicator with leadership potential
  • Able to reliably work evenings and Saturdays — no exceptions
  • High attention to detail, time management, and initiative
  • Self-directed and comfortable working independently
  • Willing to stay long-term and grow with the business
  • CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain in 30 days)
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily front desk operations
  • Ensure accurate check-ins, bookings, and customer communications
  • Train, mentor and monitor lower level staff
  • Accountable for team success and establishing performance KPIs.
  • Create, Maintain and improve front desk systems and procedures
  • Create, Maintain and improve physical and digital organizational systems
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Assist with sales, marketing tasks, and event prep
  • Merchandise purchases and sales
  • Lead customer engagement and retention efforts
  • Track inventory and manage supply requests
