DEPARTMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to type 40+ words per minute.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
  • Experience with budgeting, financial tracking software, and current UNF systems is a plus.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

This position requires either (a) Master’s degree from an acceptable accredited institution in a directly related area of specialization ; (b) Bachelor’s degree from an acceptable accredited institution in a directly related area of specialization and two years of experience directly related to the job functions; or (c ) 6 years of direct experience.

Responsibilities

GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PRIMARY PURPOSE

The RecWell Services Coordinator is responsible for managing and supervising the Member Services check-in desk at the Student Wellness Complex (SWC). This role ensures smooth daily operations, oversees staff, manages budgets, and supports departmental initiatives in wellness, marketing, and customer service.

MARKETING & WELLNESS RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and distribute marketing materials for the SWC (flyers, brochures, schedules).
  • Assist RecWell Department webmaster with website and ensure accessibility compliance.
  • Approve and manage SWC bulletin board postings
  • Oversee the SWC Channel and develop sponsorship opportunities

ADDITIONAL DUTIES

  • Oversee department golf cart use and maintenance schedule
  • Assist with special projects and departmental tasks as assigned.
