Description Location: Johnson City, NY Binghamton, NY The YMCA of Broome County is looking for friendly and customer-oriented Membership Services Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and assisting with their membership needs. Responsibilities: Responding to member inquiries via phone, email, or in-person Maintaining accurate member information in our database Preparing and processing membership applications Resolving member complaints and issues in a timely manner Providing information on membership benefits and services Assisting with membership renewals and upgrades Collaborating with other departments to ensure member satisfaction Available Shifts: Tuesday-Friday: 5:00pm-9:00pm Johnson City Tuesday-Friday: 3pm-8pm Binghamton Substitute Representative - In addition to the set shifts above, we are looking for substitute representatives to provide coverage on an as-needed basis. This is a great fit for those seeking maximum schedule flexibility.
