Responsibilities

THE ROLE: MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (MSR)

This isn’t your typical desk job. As a Member Service Representative, you are the face of CAA Niagara — the first and lasting impression for our members, whether they walk through our doors or call us on the phone.
This is a multi-faceted, fast-paced position where no two days look the same. You’ll wear many hats — from sales advisor and customer support specialist to travel insurance — all while staying on the move and shifting roles to meet the needs of the day. Your ability to adapt, connect, and create exceptional experiences is what makes you a standout.
