This isn’t your typical desk job. As a Member Service Representative, you are the face of CAA Niagara — the first and lasting impression for our members, whether they walk through our doors or call us on the phone.
This is a multi-faceted, fast-paced position where no two days look the same. You’ll wear many hats, from sales advisor and customer support specialist to travel insurance, all while staying on the move and shifting roles to meet the needs of the day.
