About the role The Member Services Representative will take incoming calls and emails from group contacts, members, medical providers, and affiliates to answer any questions they have related to the member’s eligibility & benefits. The Member Services Representatives are primarily responsible for educating members on how to maximize the use of their benefits. What you'll do Handling client's questions over the phone and via email. Questions vary greatly, and there is no script. Personal training is provided, and new team members usually start taking calls between 1-2 weeks of being hired. Providing eligibility and benefits to providers offices Enrolling new members and clients manually as needed Facilitating requests to the Fulfillment Team to ensure new and renewing member receives an ID card Ad-hoc help with data clean-up in our system, and other compliance related tasks Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Experience in a customer service role, specifically working on a phone que.
