Our Member Services Agents provides World Class Service to all inbound and outbound calls from our members supporting their reservations needs. In our fast-paced, exciting environment, your day will consist of various call scenarios ranging from assisting with payments, helping to determine the best financial solutions & providing answers to questions about vacation experiences…And so much more. The greatest part of the role is that you can assist our members with booking the best vacation experience! From finding multiple promotional offers to assisting with customizing each vacation – you will be a professional at it all! Meal plan packages, spa certificates, transportation activities and EVEN all the fun offsite excursions you get to experience! The right candidate for this position matches the quality of our resorts – 5 diamonds! Pay Information Ø Reservation Agent (Spanish & English) - $22,000 Pesos monthly + 10% attendance bonus. monthly commission which can range from $2,000-$10,000 depending on KPI achievements. Agents will be scheduled for 40 hours per week. Can include weekends and weekdays. Career Progression Opportunities. Ø Additional Client Reservation Agent: On average, new employees will be able to progress within 3-6 months. Ø Elite Reservation Agent: On average, new employees will be able to progress within 6-9 months. Ø Monthly development workshops to add new skills to your existing knowledge.
