What You’ll Do As a Member Services Specialist in our Contact Center, you’ll be a key voice of TCCU, helping members with their everyday financial needs. Requirements What We’re Looking For · Strong customer service and communication skills · Friendly, positive, member-focused attitude · Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment · Comfort with computers and financial systems · Previous banking, credit union, or call center experience preferred · CU Answers or credit union software experience is a plus Education · High school diploma or equivalent required · Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
