What You’ll Do As a Member Services Specialist, you will: * Be the welcoming face of the Wellness Center * Greet and check in members and guests * Help keep our fitness and community spaces clean, organized and member‑ready * Support daily operations and answer member questions * Assist with class check‑ins, events and community programs * Provide great customer service and help members feel supported * Help monitor facility use and ensure a safe, positive environment   What We’re Looking For * Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude * Good communication and basic computer skills * Reliability, teamwork and a commitment to a positive member experience * Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks * Comfort working with diverse individuals and families * Previous customer service experience (wellness, fitness, hospitality, or healthcare is a plus!) Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent * CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain   Why Join Us?
