Job Summary:  Barton & Gray Mariners Club is looking to add another dynamic individual to join our Member Services team to assist our Club Members with yacht reservations, curated outing experiences, and high-touch customer service. This position is based out of Portsmouth, NH and is not a remote position.  Responsibilities:  * Member communications via phone, text, and email * Scheduling Member outings via proprietary Club software * Planning for and ensuring a pleasant, fun experience * Organization of catering orders with preferred vendors * Making restaurant and dock reservations and handling other member requests * Harbor destination research and updating databases * General administrative duties as necessary * Other duties as assigned by management.  Required Skills & Abilities: * Professional demeanor * Ability to multitask * Detail oriented * Excellent organizational skills * Excellent communication and writing skills * Pleasant phone etiquette * Ability to work independently and within team environment * Excellent computer skills and effective use of CRM tools * Flexible schedule, including weekends, rotating nights & holidays Education and Experience: * College degree or related experience * Hospitality experience a plus * Competence in Macintosh applications or willingness to learn * Strong references
