What does a day as a Member Solutions Representative look like? As a Member Solutions Representative, you will be the first point of contact between members and our member solutions department. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Contacting delinquent accounts by phone, mail, and text message. Taking appropriate action to bring the account current or creating a payment plan. * Analyzes the financial situation of delinquent borrowers and makes recommendations on how to remedy the delinquency. This could include payment plans and repossession of assets. * Maintains accurate files and reports on all collections activities on assigned accounts. Accurately maintains documentation necessary to fully detail activities on assigned accounts. * Informs management of trends being noted within delinquent files. * Testifies at legal proceedings as required. Interacts with attorneys, law enforcement agencies, etc. as necessary. What is the schedule? Our hours for this position are 8:00 am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Sometimes giving top-notch member service may require a little overtime, but we value work-life-balance and do our best to limit this. Does your skillset and experience line up? For this role, we are looking for someone who: * Has 2+ years of related or relevant experience * A high school degree * Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) * Must maintain a professional, courteous, and friendly atmosphere for members and co-workers * Must have very strong communication skills (both written and verbal) What is next?
