What this role looks like:
Contact members with delinquent accounts and explore options to help bring them current, maintain a positive credit status and improve their overall relationship with Envista. Successful candidates will share Envista’s Core Values of Integrity, Empower, Unity, Impact, and Exceed.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• One year to three years of similar or related experience preferred, not required.
• A high school education or GED.

• Process garnishments
• Perform necessary administrative duties related to all aspects of collections.
• Consumer loan collections and checking collections as needed.
• Contact delinquent accounts by phone and mail; take appropriate action to bring current.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports on collection activity for management.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned.
