We are recruiting for a Member Success Consultant to join our team. This role is about more than sales—it’s about helping new members feel confident, supported, and engaged from the moment they join. You’ll support a new member’s start point, ensuring they join successfully in the way that’s right for them and build momentum from their first visit so that it’s retained beyond six weeks. An expert in customer independence, you’ll help make sure our gym feels like their gym as quickly as possible.

Responsibilities
  • Understanding how each prospect wants to be served and enabling their joining journey
  • Supporting a smooth and positive joining experience
  • Focusing on what their first six weeks look like to help them feel at ease
  • Supporting members’ first visits whenever that may be
  • Managing the prospecting database and working to targets
