The Member Success Specialist manages key administrative and membership-related functions within the organization. This role includes maintaining and optimizing the association’s Client Relationship Management System (CRM), liaising for building management, and overseeing office supplies. Additionally, the position supports general membership services by handling phone inquiries, updating contact databases, and assisting with the organization’s online storefront. The specialist plays a critical role in Latin American initiatives by managing invoicing, dues renewals, marketing, and event planning. Responsibilities also extend to talent development by administering certification courses and learning management systems. Lastly, the role provides backup support for marketing and communications efforts, including webinars and blog updates. This dynamic position requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth operations across various departments.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in office administration, membership services, or event coordination.
· Proficiency in Salesforce, Cvent, HEAT.U, Zoom Webinar, and other association management tools preferred.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus (for LATAM-related tasks).
