In this role, you’ll drive membership growth through proactive outreach, connecting with people in the community, and inspiring them to start their fitness journey. You’ll turn interest into action — introducing people to the club, helping them discover what they’re capable of and showing them how Fitness First can support their goals. At the same time, you’ll build strong relationships with existing members, delivering exceptional service and creating positive experiences that keep them motivated and engaged. As an MSC at Fitness First, your impact is felt every day; through the members you support, the community you build, and the results you help deliver. Responsibilities: Proactively contribute to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and the identification of new business opportunities Achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members Creating great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries Opening and closing the club as per the club roster Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience Requirements: Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
