Hiring for a Full-time position The Member Support Professional role is crucial in developing independence, building confidence, and supporting our Members towards living a full and meaningful life. The position will support adults 18+ with a variety of disabilities.  Hiring for the following shift: Saturday 8 a.m - 10 p.m., Sunday 8 a.m. - 10 p.m., Monday 10 p.m. - 8 a.m. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Provides direct care ratios necessary for member programming on-site and out in the community * Implements member programming * Records member data in Salesforce related to goals and as observed in program * Records critical incidents * Record client notes * Assisting with Activities of Daily Living as needed * Assist individuals physically as necessary, including, but not limited to: 1. Using the restroom 2. Lifting and/or transferring/moving individuals in and out of wheelchairs, vehicles, up from and down to a mat, etc. * Report daily activities and any out-of-the-ordinary incidents to appropriate supervisory personnel (Case Manager, Program Director, Sr. Program Director, COO).   * Complete incident reports as necessary; including behavioral incident reports. OTHER DUTIES * Ensure and safeguard individuals’ human dignity, rights, and liberties. * Demonstrate a high regard for each person and sensitivity for cultural values, expectations and goals of individuals, families, staff, and others. * Display professional attitude and behavior, being courteous, empathetic, helpful, and positive in all interpersonal interactions. * Work effectively and cooperatively with individuals, staff, families, community members and others; presenting self and HOPe in a positive and professional manner. * Maintain confidentiality by discussing individual concerns only with appropriate people in private settings. * Attend Monthly Team Meetings * Complete all required trainings * All other job-related duties as assigned, included but not limited to: * Human Rights Committee * Events Planning * Fire Safety Officer  * End of Day clean-up of all program areas. * If not MAP certified, must obtain certification within 3 months.  * Follow all MAP rules and regulations.  MINIMUM REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Demonstrated background and knowledge of individuals with disabilities. * Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:   * CPR/First Aid Certification. If not CPR/First Aid certified on hire, then must be certified within the first 2 weeks of employment. * MAP Certification. If not MAP certified on hire, then must be certified within the first 3 months of employment.

The Member Support Professional provides direct care and implements programming for adults with disabilities, including assistance with daily living activities. They are responsible for documenting member data, reporting incidents, and ensuring the safety and dignity of all individuals served.
