Requirements Delivering Exceptional Member Care Handle inquiries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring every interaction strengthens member relationships and leaves a lasting positive impression. Offering Personalized Financial Solutions Assess each member’s unique financial situation and recommend products and services that directly address their needs and enhance their financial well-being. Resolving Concerns Efficiently Leverage strong problem-solving skills to address member concerns swiftly, aiming for a one-call resolution to maximize member satisfaction. Executing Transactions with Precision Accurately process a wide range of transactions—payments, card orders, and digital banking requests—with a strong focus on efficiency, precision, and attention to detail, ensuring seamless service for every member interaction. Fostering a High-Energy, Collaborative Team: Work closely with colleagues to maintain smooth operations, providing support as needed to drive collective success. What You’ll Bring to the Table: A high school diploma or GED is required. 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial institution or call center. Eligibility to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS). Availability to work Saturdays. Driven by a member’s first mindset, to help members succeed financially. Support a team setting and value working closely with others. Whether on the phone or in writing, you know how to communicate clearly and professionally.
