MEMBER SUPPORT SPECIALIST – AFTERNOON TO EVENING SHIFT Are you passionate about fitness and customer service? Do you thrive in an energetic environment and love making a positive impact? Powell Wellness Center is looking for a Member Support Specialist to join our team! This position requires afternoon to evening hours. WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Welcome & Assist – Be the friendly face that greets members and guests, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive. * Membership Support – Handle inquiries, process payments, and manage reservations with efficiency and professionalism. * Engage & Inform – Provide helpful information about classes, activities, and special events in person, over the phone, and via email. * Give Facility Tours – Help potential members feel at home by guiding them through our center and enrolling new members. * Maintain a Pristine Environment – Keep the facility organized, restock supplies, and assist in keeping spaces clean and inviting. * Emergency Response – Serve as a first responder in medical or building emergencies, following established safety protocols. * Support Team Success – Take on additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional member experience. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: * Must be at least 18 years old. * CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days). * At least one year of customer service and cash-handling experience. * Strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency preferred). Responsibilities
