Description BKG is looking for a Member Support Specialist to join our team and be an integral member of our food scarcity program. This position will be hybrid remote. It is a full-time role, Monday through Friday. This position comes with health, dental, and vision benefits, an optional 401k, PTO, and paid holidays. Salary: $20-24/hr. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for verifying member eligibility Providing outreach for members Documenting requests with vendors and members Responsible for ensuring fulfillment and delivery to members Tracking daily interactions via telephone and internet and updating tracking accordingly. Requirements High level of knowledge and comfort level with Excel Knowledge of Sharepoint Associate degree required in business or related field Must have high-speed home internet 2-3 years of relevant experience
