Description

Role: Membership Advisor Location: Bodon Hours: 30 hours per week We are seeking a motivated and confident Membership Sales Advisor to join our team at Anytime Fitness Bordon. This customer-facing role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background who is passionate about fitness and delivering an excellent member experience. You will engage with prospective members, promote our services, and support existing members to ensure they feel welcomed, supported, and motivated. Key Responsibilities · Engage with potential members and promote membership benefits · Follow up on enquiries and leads to convert them into memberships · Deliver exceptional customer service and handle member queries professionally · Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment · Make and take phone calls with prospective and current members About You · Previous sales experience preferred · Confident communicator with a proactive, people-focused attitude · Passionate about fitness and building positive member relationships · Comfortable working towards targets and earning commission · Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification preferred but not essential Schedule · 30 hours per week · Rotating shifts, including some weekends Pay & Benefits · £12.71 per hour · Commission paid for each sale · Free fitness classes · Casual dress · Employee discount · On-site gym access
