JOB OVERVIEW

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing members, promoting our offerings, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, be proficient in Salesforce, and have the ability to analyse member needs effectively. Fluency in Spanish is a valuable asset that will enhance communication with our diverse membership base.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within a membership-based organisation.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is essential for tracking member interactions.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess member needs and preferences effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
